一点都不冒昧而且是个很好的策略尤其对大点的公司有前台接线人员而且前台人员的素质好会尽量帮助你但是你口语一定要好要不然接电话的人老是听不清你说什么就该失去耐心了.  对方下午2-3点打比较好那时候前台会闲一点.   下面是个打电话的例子:
对方:   xxxx corp., how may I help you
:      Hi, This is Charley, from xxxx company   in China. We are a manufacturer of ...........(一句话说清楚是什么产品千万别罗嗦).
          Could I talk to someone in charge of purchasing ? (
也可以用 "buyer"这个词, buyer 就是管 purchasing 的人)
对方:   That would be James. (or:   You would have to talk to James.) Let me transfer you.

:      先别让她转电话:   Oh by the way, what is his extention ?  大多数情况她都会给如果buyer 不在----最好是不在 (不管是她告诉你buyer不在还是打过去发现是answer machine留言),  你就可以要 buyer email :   Could I have James' email ?   I think I'll just send him a brochure first.  一般都会给要是不给你就只好留言了.   www.afly58.com外贸SOHO论坛

最后别忘了问她名字:   Thank you for your help. What's you name ?   
对方: Mary.
:     Thank you Mary. Have a nice day (or "Have a nice weekend" if it is on a Friday).
